FAQ
Have questions?
I've compiled a few FAQs that will help you understand more about me!
Understanding how people think, feel, and behave is core to both psychology and UX. My academic training helps me dig deeper into user motivations, cognitive patterns, and decision-making, which means I can design experiences that truly make sense to users, not just look good.
My experience in consulting sharpened my ability to understand people - clients and all stakeholders alike. I learned how to ask insightful questions, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable strategies. These skills, paired with my background in psychology, allow me to approach UX with both empathy and business acumen, ensuring that every design decision is grounded in real human insight and aligned with broader goals.
I’m excited by challenges where users feel overwhelmed or unsure — and design can make the experience feel seamless and empowering. Take UPI (Unified Payments Interface) in India, for example. It turned what was once a complex process into something anyone could use with confidence. That kind of thoughtful, intuitive design inspires me. I love creating solutions that reduce cognitive load, build trust, and make everyday interactions feel effortless.
AI can predict what users might do, psychology helps explain why. When combined thoughtfully, they’re powerful. For example, I’m interested in designing systems that use AI to personalize content without overwhelming the user, using behavioral insights to balance automation with trust and transparency.
